Our community provides support to one another, as we walk together through life’s ups and downs and especially in times of crisis, illness, or grief. We are here for you and for each other.
There are many ways you can get and offer support in difficult times. See below for how to request prayers, contact the pastor, participate in a healing service, and more.
When you need support from us
You can request prayers for yourself or someone else by contacting the church office.
You can request that someone visit you or someone else in need at home or in the hospital and bring Communion if you wish, by e-mailing us or calling the church office. (Please make sure the other person knows you’re contacting us when it’s on someone else’s behalf).
You can request to speak with the pastor for pastoral care. Our pastor wants to have the chance to be helpful to anyone who is in the hospital, having health problems, experiencing grief or otherwise in a time of crisis. In a pastoral emergency please call the church office, (510) 582-0818.
When you wish to support others
You can pray for others, with your own prayers or some of our favorite prayers for difficult times. You can join a ministry that provides support to others.
