Andrew Thomas
Music Director
Andrew serves as the organist at Faith. He believes "ministry" is the key word in "music ministry" and is always excited to collaborate with anyone interested in making a joyful noise! Andrew is a skilled organist, pianist, vocalist, and handbell ringer. He enjoys dabbling in other instruments and is currently learning to play autoharp.
Andrew is originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, a small town in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. He earned his BA in music at the University of Lynchburg, where his studies included music history and music theory. Andrew has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2022 and is an MDiv student at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary where his favorite subjects include liturgy and church history. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and occasionally knitting.
